About the role

In this role you will work across our busy Call Centre and Live Chat teams to provide our customers with exceptional customer service day in day out. This is a Casual role and will provide between 20 to 30 hours per week and you must have availability to work a seven-day rotating roster. This role will see you going above and beyond to provide fantastic customer service. You will take inbound enquiries and you will use multiple systems to record customer information and search for relevant information

 

About you

The successful in this role you will have experience in a customer service role, either face to face or phone based.  You will need strong communication skills: both verbal and written and you will be computer literate with the ability to learn new systems quickly.

You must have a professional, polite, calm and empathetic phone manner with the ability to work under pressure and multitask. This role will require a positive Can-Do attitude along with the ability to be resilient. 

Previous experience in a call centre is desirable and would be an advantage as well as live chat experience and experience working to set KPI’s. Time management skills are a must in this busy environment.
