This fantastic company close to home in Dandenong South specializes in products for the building and construction industry. Currently there is an opportunity to join their friendly team on a permanent full-time basis.
THE ROLE:
Daily responsibilities include the following:
- You will be required to meet and greet all visitors to the showroom and assist them with any enquiries including product information, sales and advice.
- Answering high volume of incoming calls from existing and prospective customers
- Handling customer queries relating to order status via email or phone
- Entering new orders into the database
- Managing orders in the system
- Liaising with internal teams including: Warehouse, Sales and Technical Support.
- Invoicing duties
- Other administrative duties as required
ABOUT YOU:
In order to be considered for this position you will require:
- As this position is at the forefront of their business they require exceptional customer service experience and professional presentation.
- Previous experience in a customer service/order processing or call centre based environment is highly regarded.
- Outstanding communication skills and sales-driven attitude is highly regarded.
- Intermediate data entry skills and computer based knowledge
