Multiple TEMPORARY positions available for Customer Service professionals in the CBD

Your new company

Our leading client is seeking dynamic and energetic Full Time Customer Service Officer’s to join their expanding team right in the CBD. Multiple temporary positions available for a minimum of six months.

Your new role

• Ensuring a high standard of Customer Service is provided at all times across all business units
• Proactively display first call resolution to provide effective decisions to ensure customer requirements are met
• Contribute to team KPI measures and adhere to all current policy and procedures
• Track customer complaints, delivery issues & stock returns as per operating procedures
• Communication of customer non deliveries & short landed orders
• Any other duties as directed by Team Leader or Manager

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in an office based customer service environment Demonstrated strong understanding of customer’s needs/ behaviours
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated high level of time management and organisational skills
• Strong team player that contributes to creating a motivated team environment
• Working knowledge of MS Office suite applications
• JDE and Siebel system experience desirable

What you'll get in return

You will be joining a vibrant and successful team right in the centre of the CBD. You will work Monday to Friday rotating rosta 8 till 6PM. This is a full time temporary role with immediate start. The assignment is for a minimum of 6 months with a view to extend or go permanent.
