Multiple Permanent Positions Available

Working in a small team of like-minded professionals, your new role will see you utilise your flair for providing outstanding customer service as you take inbound requests from their Financial Advisers/ Clients on Life Insurance products.

As a service professional, you will enjoy taking ownership of all requests whilst being confident in your ability to build strong business relationships to ensure a great customer experience first time - every time!

Your duties will include:

  • Dealing with inbound calls and queries
  • Providing accurate information about products, processes and policies
  • Responding to escalations and complaints, taking responsibility to obtain a quick resolution
  • Managing email queries & requests from advisers, customers and other departments

Successful applications will need:

  • To be available to commence in July
  • Full flexibility to work on a rotating roster Mon - Fri within the hours of 8am to 7 pm
  • Dedicated customer service experience in a complex telephone environment
  • Degree qualified preferred but not essential
  • Excellent keyboarding skills with the ability to toggle through multiple screens
  • Enjoy working to targets and deadlines

This role could also suit those who have developed great leadership skills within the hospitality or retail sectors that understand the importance of team work and providing high standards of customer service
