The Role
As a sales consultant your primary focus will be to make WARM outbound calls as well as taking Inbound calls from customers expressing interest about the organisations services. As the first point of contact you will represent their hugely reputable brand in a professional and in manner that builds instant rapport. You will understand the needs of customers and select a service that will suit their requirements and offer detailed product knowledge.

About You
- 1-2 years previous experience in a similar phone-based sales or customer service role.
- Call centre experience would be highly desirable but not essential.
- Fluent and articulate English communication skills
- Upbeat and enthusiastic approach
- Must have full working rights in Australia
