The Role

This role is accountable for monitoring, assessing and prioritizing fault incidents in the Incident Management system to coordinate the prompt and efficient dispatch of Field Service Representatives in response to logged fault incidents.  The role is a central point for our Call Centre and Technical Field Services at Granville and pivotal for the deliverance of fault reparations to our products for our valued customers.

The Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the actions of the Field Service Representatives to ensure the group’s activities achieve the SLA’s
  • Maintain accuracy of fault incident data across a number of systems
  • Support our Team Leaders through the preparation of reports
  • Engage our clients with superior phone service
  • Contribute to the efficiency of the team via strong communication of status updates for jobs

The Person

The successful candidate will need to be a strong communicator with the ability to manage time efficiently.  It would be beneficial to have some exposure and knowledge in Gaming, Wagering and Club Keno products, systems and software.  Given the nature of the industry, flexibility in working hours are necessary to do different shifts, weekends and public holidays.
