Our client is a privately held American developer and provider of fluid system products, assemblies, training, and services for the oil and gas, chemical and petrochemical, semiconductor, transportation, and power industries. The brand has long been measured with exceptional quality and reliability. Millions of their products are in use around the world. They have been voted in the top 50 Medium business in the U.S.A
They are located in Campbellfield and hours of work are 8:00am - 4:30pm. Monday to Friday
Your new role
Your job as a customer service consultant will include duties such as:
- Answering inbound customer service calls and emails from current customers
- Placing orders
- Discussing technical issues and problem solving
- Handling customer complaints
- Various administrative duties
- Invoicing and receipting
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role, you must have:
- Previous contact centre customer service experience
- Basic Technical/Mechanical knowledge
- Studied a mechanical/chemical engineering (or similar) course is advantageous
- Trade experience considered, not essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail - able to multitask
- PERMANENT RESIDENCY or AUSTRALIAN CITIZENSHIP as this is a permanent full time position
