Heart of the role
You will support the smooth running of our store and sales teams, and be a crucial contribution to our mission of providing the best shopping experience in the world.
 
Reporting into the Administration Manager, this role will provide exceptional customer service experience through personal engagement with Winning customers to facilitate the smooth and efficient processing and delivery of customer orders via email and phone communication.
 
You will be a customer-centric administrator with a friendly approach to assisting our internal and external customers to develop and maintain key relationships with all relationship holders while ensuring the highest level of service is provided at all times. You will be a strong team player with natural people skills, have excellent data entry skills and possess a strong ability to multitask which will allow you to set priorities whilst going above and beyond for customers at all times.

What Your Day-to-Day Might Look Like
  • Be the first point of contact for the wide range of Winning customers and suppliers to guide them through their order administration and delivery
  • Advising customers regarding expected delivery dates and product delays
  • Releasing of all Sales Orders for Delivery
  • Order Reservations
  • Order Editing and date changes
  • Following up outstanding customer payments prior to order releasing and delivery
  • Processing of Proforma/Agency Orders
  • Liaise between Winning and supplier/agency brands regarding product deliveries & orders
  • Processing Cash/Cheque Banking summaries for Stores
  • Contact with Store Management and Product Experts on all Order/Payment Related matters
  • Display superior and quality service to ensure delivery of outstanding customer experiences
  • Maintain a courteous and helpful manner at all times, providing the best shopping experience by going above and beyond to help customers
  • Develop a general knowledge of Winning’s business its processes and all supplier brands to ensure customers are provided with an excellent understanding of order processes.
  • Support the Administration Team to ensure all tasks are completed daily/weekly/monthly to the highest standard
  • Ensure the highest level of consistency and maintenance of customer service at all times
  • Ensure outstanding personal presentation
