Client Details
Our client is an international wholesaler of industrial products, predominately steel and timber for commercial grade construction. Our client is seeking a new customer service representative to join their small team based in the national head office located within Baulkham Hills.
Description
Key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Order processing
- Data entry
- Liaising with pre existing customers
- Tending to general enquires and complaints
- General administration
- Liaising with internal stakeholders
Profile
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Previous experience working as a customer service officer
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, demonstrated through an intermediate skill set in Excel and SAP
- Ability to complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
- A team focused and motivated attitude
