Over the last 12 months we have seen significant growth so now need administration support officers with strong customer service experience who wants to help us to deliver our services.

About the role

This role will be responsible for helping us to deliver workplace medical services by:

  • Coordinating and booking assessments and appointments with our national network of medical and allied healthcare providers
  • Tracking and monitoring assessment and appointment outcomes
  • Maintaining accurate records and information
  • Managing enquiries and resolving issues from employees, clients and healthcare practices about any administrative issues
  • Liaising and maintaining relationships with managers, employees/candidates, practice managers, medical and allied healthcare professionals
  • Implementing new approaches and processes to meet the needs of our business

About you

  • You have a history of providing administrative, customer service or call centre support
  • You have strengths in resolving issues and managing relationships to deliver exceptional customer service
  • You're tech savvy and can enter data with great attention to detail
  • You have a passion for providing high quality services  
  • You have a reputation as a strong communicator, both verbal and written
  • You are self-motivated, confident and flexible
  • You're a team player who can also work autonomously
  • You're a multi-tasker, with great time management skills

You will be joining an innovative organisation that values people and believes in making a difference.

This is a full-time fixed term position for twelve months.  It is based in our head office in Glen Iris, Victoria.  Parking and public transport is close by.
