The Role
You will be primarily responsible for providing day to day administrative support to our valuers, working to ensure that all business priorities are met in a timely and professional manner. This will entail:
- Receiving inbound and making outbound calls to our external and internal customers
- Preparation of relevant documentation, ensuring accuracy of information
- Managing the allocation of valuation appointments amongst valuers
- Navigating through multiple of external and internal computer systems
- First point of contact for our valuers and customers to provide them with timely information and assistance
