Our client are pioneers for health and wellness services in the workplace and have been the market leaders for over 30 years within the Asia Pacific region. They are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join their team! They have fantastic offices located conveniently close to public transport & offer a supportive working environment in which you can progress and develop.

The Role
As a Customer Service Representative your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Managing inbound customer enquiries
- Booking appointments for customers
- Monitoring and managing an email inbox
- Keeping detailed notes on customer conversations and enquiries
- Following up with customer enquiries and bookings
- Hours: Monday to Friday - Rotating roster from 7:30am - 7:30pm
- Salary: $50,000 + Superannuation
- Location: Sydney CBD - Close to Town Hall Station
As a Customer Service Representative you will have:
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer facing role
- Exceptional communication skills
- An empathetic, resilient and positive approach to customer service
- A natural ability to listen and understand customer needs
- Excellent attention to detail and data entry skills
- Calm and approachable demeanour
- Adaptable and able to perform whilst under pressure
