Inside Sales Representative – ANZ

Responsibilities will include:
- Territory planning and management in conjunction with Territory sales rep –
- Outbound contact with current opportunity base in planning with TSE and management of deals under a certain size fully directly with customers and / or partners.
- Delivering value proposition of Riverbed to customers in addition to management the opportunity cycle
- Outbound “cold-calling” to a defined set target prospect accounts and outbound “warm-calling” on responses from marketing driven events to identify if there is a need for our technology.
- Managing calling status in Salesforce and taking responsibility of data accuracy in our database of customer contacts they speak so, forecast and opportunity status up to date
- Collaborate with marketing and sales on status of calling efforts and success of qualified lead to appropriate sales executives..

Job Requirements:
• Proven success in building and maintaining successful relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Communicate fluently in English
• Work experience should include a minimum of 5 years in a sales or sales support role
• Superior knowledge of accessing and using the Internet, SFA tools, and MS Office tools.
• An understanding of telecommunications, networking and technology solutions.
• Excellent communication skills are required, both written and oral.
• BS or BA in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience.
