The Job
Reporting through to the Client Services Team Leader, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Handing inbound calls from current and potential customers
- Resolving queries in relation to loans, payment details, hardship etc.
- Interacting with various departments to solve customer queries
- Liaising with customers regarding early stage payment reminders
- Working to KPI’s and targets
You
To be successful in this role, you must have experience in at least two of the following areas:
- Exposure to managing customer service requests in a phone-based position or attending to customer enquiries face to face
- Minimum 12 months experience working within the customer service space, preferably within the banking, finance or insurance sectors
- Previous experience working as a Debt Collections Officer
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are mandatory
