Our clients require job seekers in the Sunshine Coast area looking to enter into the Call Centre / Customer Service industry at an entry level position Positions are not restricted to age, however candidates must be willing to commence a supported Training Program with Certificate II in Business and Work Experience.
These are identified positions and the occupant must be of Aboriginal and / or Torres Strait Islander descent under section 25 of the Queensland Anti-Discrimination Act 1991.

Program commences 9th July 2018 with a ten week training program followed by work-experience. Successful candidates will be approached for opportunities following completion of the program.
This training is proudly funded and supported by the Indigenous VET Partnership program.
Successful candidates:
- will identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
- Will ideally not be currently enrolled in study
- May be required to pass a Police Check
- Will ideally be reliable and hard-working
- Must be an Australian Citizen and be a permanent resident of Queensland
- Candidates over 45 years and returning to the workforce are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience advantageous but not essential
