Currently we have a great opportunity for an experienced Contact Centre personnel to join the team as an Engagement Consultant - Team Leader.
This will be a full time fixed term position until June 2020 based in our Mirrabooka office.
About the role
As the Engagement Consultant Team Leader this role will be working closely with a team of Engagement Consultants to provide direction, mentoring, and guidance within the day to day
Operations of the contact centre, key duties of the role will include:
- Provide a high level of customer service to our participants;
- Work closely with key stakeholders within atWork Australia to achieve positive outcomes for our participants;
- Assist with the training, onboarding and mentoring of new and existing staff members;
- Ensure full compliance is maintained as per service agreement;
- Ensure the team are achieving key outcomes and targets, and work with the Manager to implement strategies;
- Assist with recruitment and performance management tasks with the Contact Centre Manager and
- All aspects of the Engagement Consultant role.
About you
You will be an experienced Customer Service professional with demonstrated leadership capacity within a contact centre environment, along with:
- Experience working within Employment Services - Highly regarded;
- Experience leading and mentoring a team to achieve KPI'S;
- Ability to promote a culture of high performance, and to reflect the companies values;
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal;
- Ability and flexibility to work shifts between the hours of 7am -7pm;
- Current Police Clearance (within 6 months) and Working with Children Check.
