We are currently seeking extraordinary customer focused people to join our first class interaction centre located in Lidcombe.

At Super Retail Group we aspire to provide solutions and engaging experiences that enable our customers to make the most of their leisure time.  In order to deliver on our promises we have a team of Customer Care Consultants to answer our customer calls / email enquiries which enable instantaneous, friendly and efficient customer service.

We understand that flexibility is key!

Our call centre operational hours are between 6:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday and 8:00am to 4:30pm Saturday and Sunday.   The closing time in NSW moves to an hour later when Daylight Saving is in place.

We offer a range of shifts from regular casual 4 hour + shifts to full time 37.5 hours per week - full weekend availability is preferred and some weekday availability is desirable.

Two weeks full time classroom training commencing 16 July 2018 followed by an additional two weeks on the job training which can be flexible.
