Fabulous global brand! Busy national customer service centre. Interviewing on Monday!

Responsibilities will include:

Taking of customer orders, via phone
Setting up of new customer accounts
Entering customer information
Trouble shooting and solving customer queries
Following up on outstanding orders
Updating customer records
Selling of new products and accessories to customers
Ensure customer details and records are up to date

To be successful in acquiring this role you must have the following skills and attributes:

Professional communication skills
Ability to engage with customers over the phone
Good computer skills
Passion for customer service
Can Commit to 3 weeks full time training commencing Tuesday 3rd July
Must have own transport
