The Role:
- Delivering Excellent Customer Service
- Handling Inbound and Outbound Calls
- Administrative Duties
- Liaising with Engineers and Technicians
- Following up on Customer Escalations
- Handling Technical Enquiries Through Troubleshooting

- Previous Customer Service Experience
- A Driven and Determined Attitude To Work
- Proven Track Record of Success
