Your new role
When you join this high energy contact centre and become a Customer Service Representative with this organisation you are coached and supported to deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call. You will engage with your colleagues and leadership team to create a great workplace and provide an exceptional customer service experience.
About you
Your proven and inspiring solutions based customer service skills, combined with the ability to be engaging over the phone and create positive customer interactions. Flexibility and availablility to work a rotating shift work roster in a 24/7 enviornment. MUST be prepared and available to work weekends / afternoons.
