The opportunity and role

We are looking for a true people leader to step into a 12-month contract in our Ringwood office. 

Reporting to the National Operations Manager, the role of the Team Leader will be to manage a team, with a strong commitment to providing professional front line service and high-quality support for new client enquiries at a respected law firm.  

Your duties and responsibilities will include: 

  • Leading your team to ensure that targets and our clients’ expectations are exceeded
  • Coach, mentor and engage your team in company values, objectives and strategy
  • Building sustainable business relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Management of multiple inbound call queues
  • Execution of multiple outbound call campaigns
  • Real-time shift management

To be successful

You will be an experienced Team Leader with a  consultative contact centre-based background.

Your natural ability and passion in leading teams in a fast paced and high pressure working environment will be critical to this role.

Your proven ability in leading change, managing, coaching, mentoring, developing and educating a team will ensure your on going success. 

Your resume will display the following skills and experience: 

  • Experience and success in a similar Team Leader position
  • Ideally experience in AVAYA Workforce Optimisation System
  • Ideally experience in Salesforce - Classic or Lightening  
  • A high level of professionalism and exceptional client service skills
  • Legal knowledge will be highly regarded
