The Company

Certica, Australia's leading Certified Contractor Administration Company operating nationally throughout Australia is seeking a passionate, enthusiastic person to join our Customer Experience team based in our Head Office in Brisbane.

 

The Role

This role is not just about maintaining our customer service reputation, but consistently exceeding the expectations of our customers and driving positive customer experiences.  The successful applicant will need to demonstrate effective interpersonal skills, intuition and have an outcome-driven personality.

The role demands a dynamic and highly adaptable individual who can work across a wide variety of industries.  This role will be predominantly based in our Spring Hill Office.

 

Key Duties

  • Manage Company Customer Service Reputation with external & internal Customer base
  • Assist with development and implementation of Customer Rewards programs
  • Liaise with our Certica Global Voice Team and work under the direction of our Communications Officer
  • Regular Outbound and inbound customer communication
  • Support Relationship & Sales Team

 

Requirements

  • Willing to be based in Brisbane CBD with occasional travel
  • Must have Driver's license and a car
  • Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident

 

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in a communications with customer service or working experience in a similar position.

You will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, be a proactive team player and flexible in the workplace.
