Find yourself focussed on both client relationships and administrative functions in an all-encompassing role. You will be responsible for client interaction, loan applications, compliance and on-going database management. This is not your usual Credit Analyst position, we are looking for someone that can combine their relationship or sales skills with their analytical capacity.

A great fit for someone looking to not only deliver results individually on paper; but rather someone whom is looking join a team, contributing and enjoying the successes of the company as a whole. 

The role will involve:

• Dealing directly with brokers and managing broker/client relationships.
• Presenting and selling company products and services to current and potential clients.
• Preparation of loan applications and proposals together with credit contracts.
• Ensuring approval conditions and compliance regulations are met for each settlement.
• Resolution of customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to management where necessary.

Attitude is everything! This is a junior position that requires little to no experience in this field. We are looking for go-getters with the right attitude who contribute to the overall culture & success of the company. Ideally, you will have some of the following:

• Phone based Customer Service
• Monday - Friday availability
• An excellent attitude
• A strong ability to communicate to both customers and brokers
