This is an opportunity for an experienced Customer Solutions specialist that is wanting to join a rapidly growing company located on the city fringe.
This is a great business that has been around for a couple of years now, you have probably heard of them. They are fast becoming a leader in their field due in no small part to the emphasis that they put on the service that they offer to all their customers.

Role
This is a role where you will literally be the first point of contact, so I need a Customer Solutions superstar!
The role is varied, and you will need to be able to handle whatever comes your way, it might be inbound calls, it might be answering emails, it could even be helping people make payments. Can you do it all?
Duties and Responsibilities
- Taking a wide range of inbound calls
- Answering sales enquiries or forwarding to the correct department
- Answering emails in a timely fashion
- Collections as needed
- Taking inbound payment call, assisting with payment plans and negotiating payment terms
- Ensuring complaints and feedback is documented and followed up
- Work on a variety of adhoc duties
This is a big role, and I am really looking for someone that has a strong customer service background within the Energy space, you will also require the following:
- Fantastic communication skills both written and verbal
- Proven experience in a broad customer solutions role
- Ideally billings experience
- Strong systems and the ability to follow process
- Proven ability to work within a compliance driven environment
- The ability to commence immediately
