We are Australia's Largest car buying company. With an accelerated growth in the past six months, the company has the need to recruit a booking agent to manage all inspectors bookings. As an Booking Agent/Appointment Scheduler, your duties and responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Scheduling client appointments
- Monitoring daily mobile inspectors schedules
- Updating and maintaining calendar entries where required
- Answering incoming calls and emails
- Weekly reporting
- Supporting the centre manager with other general office duties
You will be joining a young, fresh call centre with a strong sales environment.
The ideal candidate would need to demonstrate:
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective client relationships
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize and complete work to deadlines
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power point)
