We are looking an experienced Customer Care Specialist who will be responsible for delivering a world class experience to our customers.

About the role:
• Create customer loyalty through world class service and assisting our customers in a timely manner

• Receive and handle inbound telephone calls from dental customers calling to place orders, inquire about products, return merchandise, obtain quotes

• Influence, negotiate, and position relevant products that could benefit the customers

• Assist with all customer satisfaction related inquires, suggest related products (cross-selling) or upgrade products (up-selling) to the customer to purchase

• Correctly recording information given by the customer into the database.

• Following processes and researching answers to best help the customer.


Skills and Experience Required:

• Experience in a busy sales service and /or Call Centre environment;

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal), with the proven ability to build effective relationships

• Demonstrated customer service experience, including the ability to establish positive relationships with all stakeholders, manage enquiries and complaints with sensitivity and discretion, deal with difficult customers and apply conflict resolution principles

• Basic product knowledge and knowledge of dental procedures.

• Highly self-motivated, energetic, positive and helpful

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

• You are a passionate, self-motivated individual who loves helping people whilst also being technically savvy
