Due to its commitment to impeccable customer service, they are looking to take on an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join their first-class team in a permanent capacity.

Your new role
Your new role will see you working in a fast-paced and high volume contact centre, supporting a range of consumers from global retailers to everyday customers. The diverse nature of inquiries makes for an exciting opportunity for those looking for an invigorating role within customer service. Working on a Monday-Friday rotating roster and with shifts between the hours of 8AM-6PM. The role will involve inbound calls, identifying consumer issues and troubleshooting where possible.

What you'll need to succeed

  • A strong customer service background with proven contact centre experience (high volume)
  • Exceptionally high communication skills and high attention to detail.
  • A passion for helping others and providing the best quality customer service.
  • The confidence to handle complaints and unhappy customers with empathy.
  • Technical exposure and the ability to understand electronic goods terminology.
