The role

Our Client Contact Centre team acts as the direct eyes and ears to our dealer customers through the provision of both general and technical support over the phone, email, and LiveChat. Sitting within out Dealer Services Team, every Client Contact Centre Consultant aims to make each customer experience a positive one by finding a way to say “yes” as often as possible.

What you’ll do
  • Provide appropriate advice and product information to all dealer inquiries that you receive in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Regularly update customers on how their requests are progressing.
  • Record clear and concise notes for all support queries, changes, and tasks completed.
  • Keep up-to-date with our product and service offerings so that you can always provide customers with accurate information.
Who we’re looking for
  • Previous experience providing support in a call centre role.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle difficult customer issues effectively, with the ability to display an appropriate degree of empathy and patience when required.
  • An exceptional communicator – you have a clear and articulate speaking voice and great spelling and grammar.
  • A highly analytical and data-driven individual who always pays attention to the finer details.
  • Exceptional time management skills – you’re a multi-tasking pro and can juggle multiple priorities effectively.
