THE CLIENT
Our client is a well known pharmaceutical company located in North Ryde.
THE JOB
This a dynamic position within a large customer service team handling a high volume of calls (min 50 + calls a day) along with the entry of customer orders. It also looks after the invoicing of those orders as well as processing credit notes. The role also involves clear communication between the warehouse and external couriers and logistics providers and the customer service team.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have similar customer service experience and high attention to detail. Accurate data entry experience are essential and a background in FMCG would be favourable.
We have 3 positions available. They are 14 month contracts with a completion bonus on offer (10% of salary).
