Due to expansion into the Asia Pacific region, WEX Australia is seeking a bilingual Cantonese & English speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our team that provides exceptional customer service to our Hong Kong, Singapore, Guam and Saipan-based customers.

Leverage your bilingual fluency to support our overseas fuel card customers by resolving queries and complaints over the phone and in writing, ensuring the achievement of the team's KPIs and WEX's continued reputation in the market as a leader in customer service.

Whilst some experience in a call centre environment is ideal, what we are really looking for is someone who gets a genuine kick out of providing a first-class customer experience. You will thrive in a fast-paced and varied role, and demonstrate a strong team-focus with the ability to commit to a rotating roster (Monday to Friday between 8:00am – 9:00pm) and public holiday work (for which you will receive a higher pay).

Fluency in Cantonese and English are essential, while additional fluency in Mandarin is preferable.
