Procurement / Customer Delivery Coordinator

They are currently seeking a vibrant Customer Delivery Coordinator to join their dynamic team at their Sandringham Head Office.

Knowledge within customer service and purchasing would be key in succeeding within this role.

Across various facets, including but not limited to providing quotes, troubleshooting, administration and demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills.

Successful applicants will possess:

  • 1 year demonstrated experience in customer service / administration role or similar field
  • Exposure to Purchasing / Procurement would be highly regarded
  • Previous ERP experience (Pronto preferred)
  • Experience within Building & Construction
  • Thorough understanding of local industry experience and industry standards
  • MS Office Suite and Windows knowledge required
  • Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors
  • Capacity to plan and prioritise workloads in order to meet deadlines
  • Generating accurate costing estimates of materials
  • Strong software skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Escalate queries and orders through the relevant chains
