Call Centre Scheduler - Technician Support

Who we are:

1300 Compliance Services is a National Company, established in 2010 with head office based in New Farm, Brisbane. Our business is working within the real estate industry to provide essential safety services.. Our core business is servicing Smoke Alarms.

What's the role?

Due to increased business demands, our busy call centre has a fantastic opportunity available for an experienced in field technician Scheduler to join our team on a permanent basis. This role will involve scheduling jobs for technicians out on the road daily and managing the technicians runs.

Key responsibilities of a Scheduler include:

·         Responsible for putting together job sheets for technicians and issuing this list of jobs to them prior to the days work

·         Managing Technicians

·         Familiar with Google maps to schedule call-outs/technicians to appropriate locations allowing sufficient timing

·         Maintain high customer satisfaction levels and ensure that client needs are dealt with in an effective and timely manner

·         Follow up on customer queries (internal & external) to ensure appropriate actions are taken

·         Ensure client information is maintained and accurate in the database

·         Provide effective administrative activities to meet businesses and client requirement whilst building strong and positive relationships with customers at various levels

Who you are:

As a Scheduler, you will thrive working in a fast pace environment whilst delivering exceptional customer service and support to our sales and service teams.

Key skills include:

·         Exposure to or experience in a scheduling environment with a minimum of 3 years previous experience

·         Need to be an excellent multi-tasker

·         An eye for detail

·         Great telephone manner 

·         Excellent Communication skills

·         Familiar with google maps/locations to schedule jobs

·         Ability to prioritise and multitask in a high pressure environment

·         Accurate & efficient data entry

·         Advanced computer and operating systems literacy including office systems and database experience

·         Strong understanding of customer needs and excellent customer service skills

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills
