About the Role

Join our growing software team where you’ll apply your industry know how to the pursuit of a better, more efficient and end user focused software offering.

Utilising the software’s new functions and enhancements, this role will stretch your problem solving abilities and engage your creativity.  Communicating right across the business you’ll approach your work with a persistent curiosity.  You know what Estimating and Detailing is all about and you’ll be driven to deliver an improved software tool to the industry, an offering that does things a better way!  This is a role in which every day is different – never boring, it will involve the ability to problem solve unique situations offering best practice solutions; participating in project work groups; working in close liaison with the Software Development Team; preparing detailed classroom briefs for future training courses and webinars; delivering internal/external training……….and the list goes on!

Selection Criteria

The successful candidate for this position will ideally have experience working as a Detailer/Estimator in the Truss and Frame Industry.

Additional Selection Criteria includes;

  • Sound communication skills – open and honest communication is valued here;
  • Solid planning and organisational skills – complemented by a methodical approach and strong attention to detail;
  • The knack for problem solving – you’ll view problems as opportunities and enjoy taking a creative, innovate and fresh approach;
  • Well developed technology skills – we’re in search of a ‘tech savvy’ individual who enjoys working with software, learns new applications quickly and has the knack for teaching others; plus
  • Sound numeracy and literacy skills.
