Your new role
This market leader is looking for an experienced Customer Services Officer to join their team on a temporary basis, in the Northern suburbs of Adelaide. This is a full time, temporary role; Monday - Friday with flexibility being a must due to a rotating roster. This fast paced role will require you to utilise your solid customer service experience and communication skills to answer volume calls. Your main duties will include:
- Providing the highest level of customer service
- Answering all inbound volume calls
- Answering queries and sales over social media forums (Facebook)
What you'll need to succeed
As you will be providing the highest level of customer service support, it is essential that you have the following:
- Maintaining excellent customer service
- Frequent user of social media (Facebook)
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Be able to multi-task and a quick learner
- The ability to work under pressure
- To have confidence and a proactive attitude
- The ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to quickly pick up systems
