We are seeking an enthusiastic, self motivated individual to join our Debt Collection team. This role is perfect for those individuals who are driven to succeed.

- Enjoy autonomy to actively manage files and the debt collection process
- Provide excellent customer service
- Establish payment plans
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Help develop and maintain debt collections procedures
About You:
- Excellent time management skills
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- The ability to work under pressure
- Asserts confidence when negotiating, whilst still building rapport with customers
- Results driven
