Role Snapshot

As the frontline of our B2B call centre, you will be supporting our key stakeholders with across our core business operations with products including TAB, Keno and Sky.  All training will be provided as you will then be a technical expert on all products as you partner with our valued venues.

 

 How you will contribute

Assisting clients with queries through effective fault resolution

Educating our valued partners on wagering products

Effectively managing inbound calls from around the country

 

Our Ideal Person

We are looking for a strong team player with an exceptional customer service background and experience.  Working knowledge of products is not essential however a shared passion for ensuring quality service is!  If you have experience in a call centre it is advantageous although not necessary – a positive attitude coupled with great enthusiasm is!
