Seeking an engaging, motivated and experienced Workforce Planning Manager with strong technical ability in Aspect for an exciting opportunity to manage a highly motivated and willing team through a technical upgrade to the latest technology. You will be overseeing this exciting implementation and upgrading your teams skills with an amazing training package.  This is a large global company based in the heart of Brisbane CBD with an excellent permanent salary and career opportunity, what more can you ask for!
To be successful in the role you'll need to demonstrate proven technical and leadership skills within a contact centre environment and be able to showcase a genuine passion for leading a team through a period of change.
You will be responsible for ensuring strategic goals are met through forecast modelling, capacity planning, collaboration and effective communication, while ensuring forecast alignment with strategic goals. This position is responsible for long term, short term and intraday contact volume, productivity and capacity forecasts and providing leadership with risk mitigation plans. 
Skills Required:

• Experience with EWFM Aspect essential
• Minimum of 12 months experience as a Workforce Planning Manager with multisite operations of at least 300 FTE
• Proven experience in performance management, career development, training, through to behavioural issues and misconduct.Full life cycle of staff management.
• Outstanding skills with Microsoft Excel
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, results driven, deadline-oriented work environment
• AVAYA telephony understanding
• Strong people leadership background
• Analytical but engaging.
• Excellent communication skills.
• To be able to start ASAP

You will be responsible for managing a team of 6 including Forecast Analysts, Scheduling Analysts and Real Time Analysts working across Brisbane and Adelaide.  Leadership skills and a strong technical background will be your strongest qualities for success in this role.
