Do work that matters

Client Services Representatives have a varied role as the voice of Challenger. Your primary responsibility in this role as part of the Contact Centre is to meet the needs of every customer by educating and assisting them on the wide range of Challengers products.

In this role you will respond to all incoming customer interactions whether in person, via telephone or through email. You will also assist our customers with their enquiries on a broad range of topics - from statements to product features. The Client Services team also plays a vital role in referring advisers to our Sales team and looking for all opportunities to improve how we service customers. Our customer range is broad and you must have a passion for helping others, whether they are advisers, end investors or our partners.

As the gatekeeper to Challenger as well as its funds management arm, Fidante, you will play an integral role in assisting Challenger to exceed its strategic vision. You will achieve this by providing client experiences that exceed expectations with prompt assistance to our advisers, and investors. This is a unique platform to gain diverse exposure to all areas of the business.

What you need to succeed

You will be a customer-centric, ambitious individual who enjoys working as part of a cohesive, fast-paced team aspiring to provide prompt solutions to client queries. You will ideally have a degree in Finance/Commerce/Law related discipline - and previous financial/or customer service industry experience will be considered highly advantageous.
