Your new company Our leading client is seeking dynamic and energetic Customer Service Officer’s to join their expanding team right in the CBD. Multiple temporary full time positions with a view to extend.

Your new role

You will be part of the Customer Service group who receives, coordinates, and processes all sales orders. You will ensure maximum customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service support, while maintaining an accurate understanding of the customer's needs and expectations. In this role you will also be responsible for resolving a wide variety of issues and make quick resolutions, including the process of resolving deductions, particularly those related to pricing and shipment discrepancies.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role you must have experience working in Customer Service within the logistics and distribution field. You must also be qualified to a degree level as a minimum. Strong communication skills are essential to this role as well as high attention to detail and an ability to pick up different systems quickly.

What you'll get in return

You will be joining a vibrant and successful team right in the centre of the CBD. You will work Monday to Friday standard business hours and you will also receive a competitive hourly rate. This is a full time temporary role with immediate start. The assignment is for a minimum of 6 months with a view to extend or go permanent.
