As an Account & Customer Services Executive for their many business and consumer customers, you will be working with customers that range from the householder to commercial accounts, and this company knows how to get Customer Service right. Every customer large or small has a single account manager to look after their needs. As that single point of contact you will have the pleasure of building relationships with your customers and providing excellent customer service, billing and some basic technical support over the phone.

Some key responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
-          Developing and maintaining great Customer Relationships
-          Resolution of customer enquiries on a first call basis
-          Managing consumer and commercial enquiries
-          Account maintenance and updating
-          Billing process and support
-          Technical support for general enquiries
 
If you have a proven Account Management and Call Centre background with a sound understanding of the Energy Industry this job may be yours for the taking. You will be customer focused and solutions-oriented, have great communication skills, sound judgment/decision making, always take ownership, have integrity, resourcefulness, technical capability, great with numbers,  planning and organising skills, and a down to earth team player.
