We are seeking customer-oriented individuals who enjoy working within the automotive industry and want to be part of a growing and vibrant team. As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their vehicle concerns and inquiries.

Ideally, you will have experience in customer service, concern resolution, have professional verbal and written communication skills, and a proactive confident attitude which exceeds customer's expectations.  Teamwork and organisational skills are essential along with initiative and high work standards.

A key criteria which the successful Case Managers must satisfy is:

  • Proven ability to manage customer escalations through to resolution, by following set processes.
  • Take full ownership of each of their cases including the complex escalations.
  • Able to demonstrate an ability to manage a customer's case from first contact to closure.
  • Being focussed on assisting the customer, gathering information from and communicating with multiple stakeholders and investing in the necessary time to resolve customer concerns.

A key trait you must have is resilience to deal with all types of customers (including the difficult customers) - that will see you succeed in this role.
