Fantastic opportunity for outgoing, goal-driven salesperson to join high-performing team. New state-of-the art call centre facilities in Port Melbourne await a new sales division!

The Role:

• Inbound sales, call centre based role
• Qualified leads to precast cars from interested parties
• Rotating roster M-F working between 8:30 - 9pm and every second Saturday 9-12pm

Your Duties:

• Identify opportunities in the market through various online platforms
• Contact and quickly develop rapport with prospective car sellers
• Negotiate commercial deals for second hand vehicles across Australia
• Organise inspections for vehicles nationwide through sophisticated internal system
• Liaise with Mandarin and Vietnamese speaking customers

Your Skills & Experience:

• Proven history exceeding sales targets
• Skilled communicator with excellent rapport building, negotiation, persuasion and presentation skills
• Experience and knowledge within the automotive industry is beneficial, though not required
• Ability to work autonomously, as well as contribute to a team
• Highly goal driven and hardworking, as there is a direct correlation between effort and earnings
• Fluent in Mandarin or Vietnamese is highly advantageous
