The Opportunity:
We currently have vacancies for two energetic Call Centre Operators to join our team in Adelaide providing customer service and sales for our business. We have undergone substantial growth recently and are looking for experienced operators with strong accounts processing backgrounds to support and contribute to the continuing growth and overall success of our business.

You will be responsible for customer service support, taking incoming phone calls and processing customer orders as well as facilitating appropriate communication and liaising with different departments. 

This role will also include occasional face to face sales meetings with customers and/or reps; it is critical you interact with a warm, polite and highly articulate manner, operate with energy and organisation to work in a busy, fast paced and dynamic team.

Duties will include:
  • Processing and coordinating customer orders
  • Processing and coordinating credit claims 
  • Data entry into the MS Office Suite and SAP
  • Providing friendly and efficient service to external and internal customers
  • General and ad-hoc administration duties 

What are we looking for?   
  • Experience with SAP (preferred) or similar ERP systems
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office 
  • Experience working in a similar role in a high volume inbound call centre environment
