The Role
The right candidate will be sitting within a dynamic team where you will be target and result driven whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism service. You will also be responsible for:
- Managing a portfolio of clients
- Handling high volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Managing debt recovery and negotiating solutions with challenging customers
- Assessing, reviewing and analysing documents relating to customer collection status and aging reports
- Adhoc tasks as assigned
The Candidate
The successful candidate will be considered with:
- 1+ year experience in a call center or in a customer service based role
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Great at articulating and comfortable in building relationship
- Thrive in a high performing environment
- Self motivated and success driven
