About The Role
As a Sales Agent you will be calling out to new and existing customers to sell the appropriate digital marketing solution and meet individual SMB / SME customer requirements. You will achieve this by developing a deep understanding of the range of solutions available, and by contacting both existing and new customers to achieve set revenue and unit targets, enable the SMB business to grow market share.
Setting exceptional levels of customer experience and sales excellence with your consultative sales approach, this is a pivotal role towards the success of our client - a leader in the provision of digital marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound sales calls to new and existing customers
- Deliver to individual revenue and / or unit targets
- Achieve KPIs around number of calls per day / talk time and quality metrics
- Develop high level product knowledge
- Manage leads from a CRM tool and build a solid sales pipeline
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to all legal requirements and associated agreements
Attributes of the Successful Candidate:
- Previous experience in sales or a similar role
- Sound negotiation skills with the ability to sell Business to Business by phone
- Experience selling digital marketing - website, SEO, social media marketing, pay per click and more will be highly regarded
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding commitment to customer experience
- Ability to maintain a positive outlook, be resilient, and build strong working relationships

In this role you would be working at the client’s site in Ultimo, Sydney.
