Reporting through to the Collections Team Leader, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Collection of overdue commercial and consumer accounts which are over 30 days in arrears
- Negotiating & monitoring payment arrangements
- Liaising with various internal and external stakeholders to solve customer queries
- Working to KPI’s and targets

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas:
- Minimum 2 years as a collections officer within the Banking/Finance industry
- Exposure to various Banking/Finance products is advantageous
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
