About the role
As the successful Customer Service Consultant you will be located in the Melbourne CBD office, taking inbound calls from existing customers. You will be going above and beyond for every customer, showcasing your unique customer centric approach and polished customer service skills. This role is best suited for someone who is passionate about building a career in either customer service or banking and finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Take inbound calls
- Provide an excellent customer service experience on every call
- Refer calls to other teams and spotting sales opportunities
- Meet and exceed all KPI’s
- Have an enthusiastic attitude
Key Requirements
The successful Customer Service Consultant will posses the following:
- A proven background in providing exceptional customer service
- Previous contact centre experience will be highly regarded
- Clear and concise verbal communication skills
- A genuine passion for customer service
- Great work ethic
- The desire and drive to build a long term career in customer service
- An interest in the Banking industry
- A degree in commerce or banking will be highly regarded
