An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Assistant to join their team in Canning Vale. The company culture is hard working, team focused and supportive.
Description
- Answer all incoming calls politely and professionally
- Work closely with respective team leaders and escalate matters when necessary
- Offer service and product information to customers as requested
- Assist with quotes, creation of customer files and collating new account documentation
- Transfer customer queries to sales team and generate monthly sales reports
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to support process improvement
- Provide exemplary customer service and problem solving assistance
- Meeting and greeting visitors and accurate
- Administrative support including stationary ordering, maintaining a clean and tidy office and adhoc support to the wide management team
- Full customer email inbox control and management
- Processing of all rejections and corrections
Profile
As an ideal applicant, you will have the following;
- Previous experience within a similar capacity
- Excellent telephone manner
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office Suite and CRM database skills
- Fantastic written and oral communication
- Professional in both presentation and manner
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Sound skills in problem solving / conflict resolution
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Ability to organise own work priorities to meet strict deadlines
- Strong Customer Service Focus
