The Opportunity


Our client is looking to build a high performance team that thrives on delivering results, who are proactive, ambitious and driven with a flair for customer service. We have an immediate opportunity available for professional and energetic Customer Service Officer to join our fantastic client based in Keswick, SA on a full-time permanent basis.

Job Purpose


This busy and varied role will have you in contact with existing and new customers, you’ll receive general enquires relating to invoicing error’s, service maintenance and you will also have the opportunity to convert service enquiries into sales. This role will suit someone who thrives on delivering a positive customer experience whilst ensuring that data integrity is second to none.

Essential Skill, Experience & Expertise


  • At least three years prior experience working in a fast paced changing administration environment
  • Work closely with other business functions and stakeholders to ensure effective participation and communication on resolving customer and employee issue
  • Proven ability to coordinate and facilitate key stakeholders (internal & external customers and suppliers)
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Administration skills to be intermediate to advance in MS Office Suite ( Word, Excel, Outlook and Windows etc.)
  • Display excellent customer service skills, both internally and externally
  • Demonstrated ability in time management
  • Eligible for Security Licence
  • Previous experience in the electronic security sector (highly desirable)
