Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting & Coaching sales people as and when required.
  • Working with a young and vibrant sales team (B2B Tele Sales) to continually develop their skills and expertise.
  • Delivering varied, practical and engaging training that supports induction training, development sessions and side by side coaching.
  • Create training materials to support the training delivery and follow-up post training session.
  • Conducting Training Needs Analysis and identifying new training requirements.


Skills Required:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales environment is essential
  • Have strong knowledge of sales techniques and processes.
  • Have exceptional analytical and listening skills
  • Ability to lead by example
  • Natural flair for coaching, motivating, and interacting with people
